The lobby made a good first impression when I walked through the door and then it got even better when I was greeted by Phil, the night shift front desk clerk. He was extremely friendly in a very genuine way, and made me feel very welcome after a long hard day. The staff at the desk when I checked out were extremely nice as well. The lady working the breakfast area was equally friendly and I enjoyed joking with her. There was good selection on the food, and though not gourmet, was very satisfactory. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and I will stay again on my next trip to Lynchburg.

Most of the staff were exteremely friendly and helpful! My friend and I had to adjust our booking, due to the unforseen events of Blue Ridge Rock Festival, but weren't exactly sure how to go about it and the front desk was able to point us in the right direction. We also accidentally left some items behind, which the front desk was able to communicate to their housekeeping team, who recovered the items & got in touch with us within the same day of our check-out to get them back to us.

The staff was wonderful. Our check in was in the evening, and that evening manager was awesome. so friendly and helpful. It is just a pleasure when people are pleasant and welcoming. Makes your stay more enjoyable for sure. the beds are comfortable. the rooms are clean. They even provide service if you are staying for more than one night, which many hotels do not do anymore.

Front desk staff and cleaning staff were excellent . I wish I had written down the name of the evening front desk manager . He was so pleasant & helpful . Price was a little steep ! I do really wish you would get better pillows , pillow that fit the bed and better support . The pillows you have are crammed into full-size cases & NOT COMFORTABLE / FLAT / WORN OUT.
